Requirements
- 3 years in a similar role
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve their goals.
- Actively coach and mentor team members.
- A conceptual thinker who is highly motivated.
- Proven experience in heavy industry with a strong focus on risk management.
- A solid understanding of the construction industry, particularly in SMP installations.
- A commitment to safety as a top priority.
- Valid working rights in Australia.
- Familiarity with regulations and Australian Standards.
- Always adhere to safety regulations and procedures
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- An ability to problem solve and take initiative on site
- Strong work ethic and demonstrated commitment to safety.
- Demonstrated organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Construction White Card
- Willing to work overtime
- Comply with Medical, drug and alcohol screening.
- Valid Driver’s License
